Product description

The thread cutting machine consists of an air-powered drive spindle, a parallel arm that can be bolted to a workbench, and various tap adapters for different square drive sizes. This allows you to cut threads quickly and safely with great precision. The machine comes with six quick-change adapters and covers the working range from M3 to M12.

This thread cutting arm is a remaining stock of a discontinued model.

The compressed air unit consists of a compressed air filter with regulator and a mist lubricator. The pressure of the compressed air unit can be adjusted using the upper adjustment knob. The knob is released by pulling it out. Turning it clockwise will release the
Turning it counterclockwise increases the pressure; turning it counterclockwise decreases the pressure. To prevent accidental adjustment, the knob can be locked back in its original position.
 
The compressed air is filtered, and water and dust are automatically removed at a pressure below 0.7 kgf/cm2. The valve can also be operated manually. The mist lubricator mixes the compressed air with oil. The amount can be adjusted using the oil adjustment screw.

The machine is supplied with six quick-change inserts in the ranges M3 to M12.
